Worship Service

Sunday services are scheduled for 10:55 a.m. - noon in the sanctuary. Ours is a traditional worship service with hymns and a choir anthem, scripture readings, and the sermon.

Time is set aside during the worship service each week for the children to hear and share a story before they attend Children’s Church (2nd and 4th Sundays).

Communion

We celebrate the Sacrament of the Lord’s Supper on the first Sunday of each month, during the worship service. Kavanaugh invites you to take Communion with us. You do not need to be a member of the church to come to The Lord's Table. All are welcome.

Bread for the Communion Table is baked by church member Harry Stockhoff “as a service to Kavanaugh and to my Lord." Harry has provided the Communion Bread for so many years even he can’t remember when he started! (He also provides

the welcome loaves given to our visitors each week.)
